The process is a pretty straight
forward one:

 

The Accounting Crew will:

 

  • Register your new business with Companies House (completed within five working hours or your money back – guaranteed!)
  • Take care of all the administrative requirements and all appointments including that of Directors, Company Secretary (if necessary), and Registered Office
  • Register your new business with HMRC with regards to Corporation Tax, VAT, and PAYE
  • Set up your business bank account
  • Schedule a free face-to-face meeting to get you on your way. This will include a detailed discussion regarding company administration and structuring

 

You get everything included here in the Company formation service for £85 + VAT. Plus, when you register as a client with The Accounting Crew for a minimum period of six months, we’ll offer you the company formation and all the added benefits free of charge.
